The CCHN Specialized Session Program dives deeper into specific challenges and dilemmas that frontline negotiators face in field operations.
Drawing on the CCHN Field Manual on Frontline Humanitarian Negotiation, Specialized Sessions review a series of advanced negotiation tools and methods. Each session is tailored-made to support the daily work of frontline negotiators and integrates findings of the latest research commissioned by the CCHN.
The Specialised Session Program prepares participants to join a dedicated Peer Circle – a twelve-month program during which field practitioners apply CCHN negotiation tools as part of their day-to-day work; hence bridging the gap between theory and practice.
