EXPERT SESSION SERIES

This expert session is part of a series focused on negotiating with assertive and adversarial counterparts.

The series was born out of the CCHN’s community interest in digging deeper into what it means to negotiate with assertive authorities.

Often, these negotiations can be intimidating because we fail to understand the leverage we have as humanitarians.

This series brings together experts with experience negotiation with assertive authorities to reflect on it and to share what skills they need and what practices they have established and how they managed to change the narrative around value creation.
