What does “Peer Workshop” mean?
Our workshops are not delivered by lecturers; they are based on the sharing of experiences among peers, with the support of our facilitators and experts. We invite you to discuss your own negotiation experiences to learn from and with each other. The workshops are highly interactive: our facilitators split participants into smaller discussion groups of 5-7 people. We encourage you to listen to others and reflect together on the many challenges of humanitarian diplomacy.
