EXPERT SESSION SERIES

This expert session is part of a series focused on negotiating with state and non-state military counterparts.

The series was born out of the CCHN’s community interest in digging deeper into what it means to negotiate with arms carriers.

Often, these negotiations can be intimidating because we fail to understand how military counterparts are organised, and how they function and perceive humanitarians.

This series brings together experts with a military background and humanitarian practitioners to reflect on their experiences and successful practices in such negotiations.

Disclaimer: The views and opinions expressed in this session are those of the speakers and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of of the CCHN.
