Join us for this special monthly “Resilience Coffee” session focusing on what ways intuition helps us with making better decisions, creating psychological safety and increasing inner trust to improve your humanitarian negotiations. The expert speaker, Maurice Jenkens, will guide us through a growing body of science and literature and will break down what intuition really is, how it works and what can be done to improve it.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Maurice Jenkens runs programs for leaders and teams, to train and enhance the effectiveness of intuition for decision making, and to increase trusting our inner knowing. Among other things he touches upon our inner intuitive resonance signature, meaning how our intuition feels and how it differs from other sensations such as fear, wishful thinking or unconscious bias.
Maurice has a background in sales and leadership since 2001 and has run his own company Sales Type Insight since 2018, where he consults sales and leadership teams in the Art of reading the room. As a leadership consultant he has notably worked with Klarna. Born in the Netherlands in 1975, he is for now living with his family in Sweden. He has an educational background at The University of Groningen where he studied “International Relations”, among other subjects, including cross-cultural negotiations.

Resilience coffees are thematic sessions on the topic of pressure management, resilience, and self-care, in the framework of humanitarian negotiations, with content and experiential learning provided by experts followed by peer exchanges on the subject presented.
